ISDN 10/20/30 is a digital, fixed wire voice service providing high capacity, flexible calling options. It allows for 10, 20 or 30 simultaneous calls to be made from a single location.

In both cases a 100 number direct indial range can be used giving access to 100 consecutive numbers. This allows for individual extensions and direct dial extensions to be provided throughout a business.
