Meet The Team - Danielle Clapson - Member Support / Faults

As one of only 3 girls on the Faults Team, Danielle has had no problem integrating with her male co-workers. Having said that, bearing in mind she listed fishing, shooting and surfing amongst her favourite past times, who could be surprised. She is also a keen boxer so hands off lads! Always up for a laugh and going out for a drink, you can guarantee that when work ends and the fun begins Danielle will be leading the line.

Ever focused and keen to learn, Danielle has developed into a remarkable achiever not only in identifying the specific service faults but then through her pragmatic approach to finding a resolution.  As witnesses will testify, when an IF Telecom member calls in showing a particularly high level of concern, by the time they have finished talking with Danielle they are so laid back they are practically falling over. This calm and chilled-out mentality is perhaps a result of her holidaying habits when she enjoys quiet deserted beaches with only the sound of the ocean to break the silence.
