If ever there was ever a person who demonstrated a more prolific example of keeping work and play separate I am yet to meet them. In the office, Lee is a technical expert specialising in web hosting and domain registration, who demonstrates a level of professionalism and calmness under pressure that is unsurpassed. It does not matter if it is a twenty-something wanting advice on how to increase download speeds or a 90 year-old pensioner who has just discovered the internet. Lee ensures every member receives the same high level of help and attention.

As soon as he steps out of the office, however, Lee is quick to swap the calm and professional approach for that of a head-banging, rock and roll roadie who only has eyes for the stage. Throw in a passion for motorbikes and affection for imported ales and you have the recipe for a hedonistic, beer-loving petrol head who likes nothing more than jumping up and down to what many would describe as ‘loud noise.’ However, Monday morning arrives and it is the same level-headed, customer-focused technical whizz kid that left the office on Friday afternoon.
