Meet The Team - Lee Parker - Technical Support Representative

Lee is another veteran on the IF Telecom Technical Support Team who joined us all the way back at the start of 2008. Since then there have been only glowing reports emanating from IF Telecom members who find him to be helpful, good-humoured and spot on when it comes to diagnosing ADSL-related technical issues. With the telecommunications industry, at times, producing technical roadblocks that many find hard to navigate round, IF Telecom members want to have access to a support team which is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Nobody personifies this wish list more than Lee.

IF Telecom seems to have attracted a surprisingly high number of biking enthusiasts and Lee is another leather-clad speed junkie to include on the list. When asked what the happiest day of his life has been to date he blurted out, without a moment’s hesitation, that it was the day he passed his motorbike test. I hope that his wife is understanding should she read this. When he is not thrashing his bike around he enjoys the slightly more refined activity of lawn tennis and, according to those asked, he is actually very good. No doubt those asked were sweetened somewhat while my back was turned.
