Meet The Team - Leigh Jacob - Member Support / Faults

All the way from Chicago, USA, Leigh is the youngest member of the support team but has the ability to offer a level of service and advice that far exceeds her years.  Unlike most Americans, who I am told are generally a nation of quiet, understated and reserved characters, she breaks the mould by having one of the friendliest and most outgoing personalities that you are ever likely to come across. Her product knowledge and expertise at navigating the systems is arguably second to none. As a result, any IF Telecom member who goes through to Leigh can be sure that any issues they may be experiencing will be quickly resolved.

Outside of work Leigh enjoys her retail therapy as she charges around the shopping centres looking for the best that Sydney has to offer. Out of the office the verbal diarrhea continues, however, and the heart goes out to all those poor shop assistants as she continues to try and break the world record for most words spoken in a minute. On a Friday after work she enjoys letting her hair down with a few drinks and she has been known to cut some pretty impressive shapes on the dance floor. All this before retiring to bed where I understand she suffers from a chronic case of Somniloquy, also known as sleep talking.
