Meet The Team - Luke Bartlett - Member Support Team Leader

Recently promoted to the position of Manager, Luke has been a member of the Faults Team since March 2009. Always on hand and always helpful, we are hoping to hang on to this man for as long as possible despite his unquenched thirst for travel and adventure. Pinned to Luke’s desk is a list of countries he is yet to visit with Morocco sitting at the top. It is a great first choice – beautiful beaches, warm weather and even warmer hospitality. Second on his list is Russia.

As a keen musician and by all accounts a budding Jimi Hendrix, if he’s not playing his guitar Luke can often be found cutting a more serene picture as he carves up the ski slopes of NSW. Back in the office, his ability to deal with a wide variety of faults and lead his team by such example has made him one of our most valuable assets. His leadership style has, on occasions, drawn comparisons with the philosophical approach of Sir Winston Churchill. Some believe this is going too far but to Luke, and his team, an IF Telecom member with no dial tone is as important an issue as putting the world to rights.
