Meet The Team - Rick Bengowski - Member Support / Faults

If rumours are to be believed then this man has a very bright future ahead with IF Telecom. Since arriving in June 2009 he has settled in and through sweat, blood and tears become one of the most consistent performers on the team. It has been suggested by some that he has a knack for always being in the right place at the right time. However, mirroring the sentiments of a certain South African golfer, Rick would point to the fact that the harder he works the more often he seems to be in ‘the right place’.

As any IF Telecom member will be able to tell you, Rick is blessed with the gift of articulacy which he showcases in his everyday conversations on the phone and then on the radio at weekends. Even more impressive, however, is his attention to the written word as he practices the art of script writing. It is a passion so ingrained in him that his fault reports in the office often read like a literary masterpiece as opposed to a concise paragraph detailing Telstra’s latest screw up.
